Submissions for Graham Greene Studies Volume 2

Volume 1 of Graham Greene Studies, the academic, peer-reviewed journal published by The University of Georgia Press, in conjunction with The Graham Greene Birthplace Trust, is now available either  to be read online, entirely free of charge, at digitalcommons.northgeorgia.edu/GGS or as a print copy (see below). Originally, the deadline for submission of articles for Volume 2 was to be 30 June, 2018 but the editors have decided to extend this to 31 December 2018.

Suggested topics include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Greene’s political and theological landscapes
  • Greene’s depiction of women
  • The short fiction
  • The early novels
  • The plays
  • Greene’s travels on ‘the dangerous edge of things’

Film and book reviews and other feature articles will also be considered.

Although the journal is designed to attract university academics, doctoral, post-graduate, graduate and undergraduate students, the editors do not preclude the likes of independent researchers or anyone with a keen interest in this writer.

As mentioned above, print copies of the first volume of Graham Greene Studies are also available. A limited number of copies are also available from the Graham Greene Birthplace Trust for £25.00 each . If you are interested, please contact Jon Wise at jonathanwise@msn.com in the first instance.
