Did you try to get in touch with one of our Trust Team members listed on the Contact Us page during the period 27 January to 15 February and subsequently receive no answer – not even a notification of a failed message being sent?

We recently discovered that there was a fault during this period and, of course, we apologise for any inconvenience caused. We were certainly not being negligent and assure you that our systems are now back in working order. Please do get back in touch with us if you were affected by this breakdown in communication.
