‘Graham Greene Walk’ reminder

Please can we remind you about the ‘Graham Greene’ London walk on the morning of 29 September which is described in the Post of the 7 August. Currently, there are not enough people who have expressed interest for the event to go ahead and we urge you, if you are thinking about taking the opportunity of taking part, to do so as soon as possible.

The walk is planned for the morning of 29 September, prior to the start of the festival, and attendees are asked to gather at the Charing Cross Memorial in front of Charing Cross Station at 10.00am. It will end at Russell Square at 12.45pm. This will allow sufficient time for those intending to be in Berkhamsted for the evening session of the festival to catch the train from Euston Station direct to Berkhamsted. Euston Station is a twelve minute walk from Russell Square.

If you are interested in taking part in this highly recommended event and want more information please quote the Graham Greene Birthplace Trust when you contact Jonathan Cohen at mylondontourguide@gmail.com . The cost will be £35.00 per person. If you want to pay by credit card or via Paypal there will be an additional 2.5% transaction fee. Payment can also be made by bank transfer which will not incur the transaction fee.

If you have not heard about this event, or need reminding, please read the 7 August Post for further information.
