Greene’s Romanian Connection

Those of you who are Friends of the Graham Greene Birthplace Trust will be able to read in the August edition of A Sort of Newsletter (ASON) a fascinating piece of new research which sheds light on the author’s links with Romania during the height of the communist era. It is by Dr. Andrei Gorzo, a Romanian critic and scholar. However, Dr. Gorzo’s paper was too long for the Trust’s quarterly journal so the full version is printed here. Please follow the link to the Resources and Archives page and then on to the Current Research page where Andre’s article can be found by scrolling down.
